FARMINGTON - Zach Dickson went 1-for-3 with the go-ahead RBI single as part of a four-run sixth inning for Farmington as the host Falcons slipped past Birmingham Groves, 4-2, in an OAA White division baseball make-up game Wednesday.

Scott Newhard dealt 6 ⅓ innings allowing no earned runs on nine hits on the mound and chipped in with a pair of hits, including an RBI single, on offense, while Elliott Edsall closed the game by dealing the last ⅔ of an inning and Damon Manasa doubled and scored a run for Farmington (20-12 overall, 8-6 OAA White). John Kowalchuk finished 2-for-4, Harrison Cole, Connor Bradbury and Nate Higley all totaled two hits and Chaise Ford threw a complete game, surrendering one earned run on six hits, striking out two and walking none for Groves (29-6 overall, 13-2 OAA White).

- Madison Heights Bishop Foley 9, Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard 1 - At Utica, Justin Campbell struck out 12 in allowing just two hits to pitch a complete game and pick up the win for Bishop Foley in the CHSL C-D championship game.

- Bloomfield Hills 2, Troy Athens 0 - At Bloomfield Hills, Jacob Henry pitched a complete game and piled up five strikeouts for Bloomfield Hills (19-12 overall, 7-5 OAA Blue), which finishes as OAA Blue division champions.

- Royal Oak 13, Detroit Renaissance 1 (5 Innings) - At Royal Oak, Rob DeBastos struck out 15 batters while walking one to earn the pitching win, Jamie Bartelotti chipped in with two hits and four RBI, Sean Marshall totaled two triples and three runs scored and Hayden Haran finished with a pair of hits and three runs driven in for Royal Oak (20-6). Ron Polk provided a sacrifice fly to drive in a run for Renaissance.

- Hartland 9-4, Fenton 0-2 - At Fenton, in the opener, Shane Callan allowed one hit and struck out four in three innings pitched, Jack Slavin went 3-for-4 with three runs driven in and Jake Moyer provided a two-run double for Hartland. In the nightcap, which was called after the fifth inning due to rain, AJ Craven earned the win on the mound and Slavin mashed a three-run double for Hartland (27-7).

- Berkley 7, Livonia Churchill 3 - At Berkley, Carson Deeds finished with three hits and a pair of RBI, Tyler Smith totaled two hits and a pair of RBI and Zach Gregorich struck out four in four innings pitched for Berkley.

- Walled Lake Western 3, Pontiac Notre Dame Prep 2 - At Pontiac, Davis Hixson surrendered eight hits in a complete-game effort to secure the win on the mound, Joey George, Tommy Hoevener and Connor Kin all chipped in with a double each and Kevin Guggemos drove in a run for Western.

- Mt. Morris 7, Holly 6 (9 Innings) - At Holly, JD Lannon finished with four hits and a pair of RBI, Luke Copley drove in two runs and Wyatt Scribner struck out two in five innings pitched for Holly, which evened the score at four with a run in the bottom of the seventh inning and then scored two in the bottom of the ninth after Mt. Morris pulled ahead for good with three runs in the top of that inning.

- Birmingham Detroit Country Day 7, Wixom St. Catherine 0 - At Beverly Hills, Jacqueline Spizizen struck out 16 in the circle and added two hits and a pair of RBI at the plate, Alyssa Reiter contributed two hits and Jess Garmen had a single and a double for Detroit Country Day (15-4).

- Rochester Adams 11, Birmingham Groves 0 (5 Innings) - At Beverly Hills, Hannah Tyree pitched four innings and yielded one hit while tallying six strikeouts, Sarah Judis dealt one inning in the circle and allowed a hit while recording a pair of strikeouts, Abby Wozniak went 3-for-3 with a triple, four RBI and two runs scored at the plate, Brenna Swiftney went 2-for-3 with a pair of runs driven in and two runs scored, while Judis, Brynna Garden, Mary Nash and Christina Churay also contributed on offense for Adams (13-18).

- Birmingham Seaholm 13, Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood 12 - At Birmingham, Alison McClear finished 3-for-4, Sarah Hegel chipped in with three runs driven in, Erika MacArthur added a pair of doubles and Abby Righter tallied a double, two walks and a pair of RBI for Seaholm (16-13) in a rain-shortened affair.

- Clarkston 13-14, Lake Fenton 1-1 - At Lake Fenton, in the opener, Sierra Kersten went 2-for-2 with three RBI and Nyah Ansel finished 2-for-3 with a home run for Clarkston. In the five-inning finale, Nyah Ansel was 2-for-2 with a pair of home runs and four RBI and Olivia Gilmore went 2-for-2 with an RBI for Clarkston.

- Auburn Hills Oakland Christian 10, Southfield Christian 0 (6 Innings) - (From Tuesday) At Auburn Hills, Emma Paryaski stuck out 10 in five innings pitched and also added two hits to her cause, Olivia Paryaski was 2-for-3 and Autumn Smith, Maranda Sailor and Tiara Francisco all added a hit each for Southfield Christian. Oakland Christian plated six runs in the second inning.

- Pontiac Notre Dame Prep 3, Royal Oak 0 - At Royal Oak, Maura Kruse, Celia Gaynor and Olivia Mears all scored a goal for Notre Dame Prep (13-3-3).

- Troy Athens 1, Stoney Creek 1 - At Rochester Hills, Lindsey Boots tallied a first-half goal that was assisted by Alli Leonard for Athens after Lauryn Beccari struck from Meghan Solek about three minutes into the first half for Stoney Creek (12-3-3).

- Birmingham Marian 6, Rochester Adams 0 - At Rochester Hills, Jansen Eichenlaub netted a pair of goals and Ellie DeConinck, Claudia Schilling, Annie Bruce and Katie Sullivan all posted a goal each for Marian.

- Berkley 3, Holly 0 - At Holly, Natalie Barber, Emma Green and Carsen Teicher all finished with a goal for Berkley (7-4-5 overall).

- Pontiac Notre Dame Prep 15, Flint Powers Catholic 11 - At Pontiac, Ryan Genord netted four goals and Zach Atkins registered three goals for Notre Dame Prep in a regional semifinal game. The Fighting Irish advance to play host to Orchard Lake St. Mary’s in Tuesday’s regional final.

- Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood 17, Walled Lake Western 3 - At Walled Lake, Joey Luciani netted five goals, Grant Coleman, Jacob Cook and Matt Pace put in three goals each and Tad Bertuzzi, Will Reasoner and AJ Rodriguez all finished with a goal apiece for Cranbrook-Kingswood in a Division 2 regional semifinal. Dylan McGorisk tallied all three goals and Zak Kempster and Thomas Baert each chipped in with an assist for Western. The Cranes next will face Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard, which advanced past Dearborn Divine Child 8-3, in next week’s regional final.

- Abby Wozniak, Rochester Adams softball - Wozniak was 3-for-3 with a triple, four runs driven in and a pair of runs scored to help lift Adams past Birmingham Groves, 11-0, in five innings Wednesday.

- Jacqueline Spizizen, Birmingham Detroit Country Day softball - Spizizen fanned 16 in the circle while posting a pair of hits and two RBI on offense in Detroit Country Day’s 7-0 win against Wixom St. Catherine Wednesday.

- Rob DeBastos, Royal Oak baseball - DeBastos recorded 15 strikeouts to help lift Royal Oak to a 13-1 win against Detroit Renaissance Wednesday.
