TROY - In baseball action, Andrew Proudfoot added a 2-for-2 day with three RBI and two walks as Rochester Adams topped Troy 8-7 in baseball action Friday.

Chase Lusader had a run scored, a stolen base and two walks. Michael Van Pelt scored two runs and had two walks. Zach Soldan went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and had three RBI. Manhalt pitched five innings, giving up three hits, two runs, one earned and had six strikeouts for Adams.

Aaron Sexton went 1-for-3 with two runs scored and a walk. Scott Mittelbrun went 1-for-2 with a double, a run scored, walk and two RBI for Troy.

- Hartland 8, East Grand Rapids 1 – At Traverse City, Shane Callan threw a complete game four hitters with one-earned run. Max Hendricks went 2-for-4 with a two-RBI double. Hunter Delanoy went 2-for-3 with a triple and two RBI. Logan Tobel went 2-for-3 with an RBI for Hartland.

- Southfield A&T 13, Ferndale 2 - Duane Henderson scored off of a double and an error in the first inning. A double by John Darby, a walk from Tony Lyons, a double from Aaron Parker, a single from George Osborne and a walk led to a seven run outburst in the third inning. Darby pitched three innings, giving up two runs on no hits and four strikeouts for the Warriors.

- Royal Oak 11, Hazel Park 4 - Sean Marshall had three hits and scored three times as the Ravens finished in second place in the OAA Gold Conference with a 9-3 record. Winning pitcher Brennan Harbert (3-1 went four innings and allowed three runs, only one earned, while striking out four. Abe Vincil pitched the last three innings, allowing only one run on three hits. Jake Isaacson and Dan Romitos scored two runs apiece for Royal Oak (16-6).

- Ortonville Brandon 9, Oxford 4 - At Oxford, the Blackhawks scored all of their runs in the seventh inning. Mario Scribner and Justin Allen had the hits for Oxford. Jared Halteman pitched a two-hitter. Josh Manfroni had three hits for Brandon.

- Madison Heights Lamphere 17, St. Clair Shores Lake Shore 7 (From Thursday) - Noah Fisher went 4-for-4. Joe Sammut went 3-for-3 with two triples and four RBI for Lamphere (9-17, 5-9).

- Southfield Christian 9, Allen Park Inter-City Baptist 1 (From Thursday) - Blake Parpart earned the first win of his high school career with five innings pitched and nine strikeouts. Seth Denison doubled in the first inning and scored a run. Matthew Zielinski provided a spark in the third inning, singling with the bases loaded to score two runs. Parpart and Ron Johnson also singled and scored runs in the game while Ian Hanafee hit a double, scored two runs and stole two bases on the day for the Eagles (3-2 MIAC Red).

- Bay City All Saints 5-2, Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes 4-12 (From Thursday) - WOLL quality wins include: Riverview Gabriel Richard, St. Clair Shores Lakeview, Bay City All Saints, Clarkston Everest Collegiate and Auburn Hills Oakland Christian (11-8).

- Waterford Mott 6, Ortonville Brandon 4 (From Thursday) - Dusty Dickens made a strong play for Brandon at third base. It was a 3-2 lead for the Blackhawks in the six inning before Mott went on the run to close the game.

Softball

- Hazel Park 23, Southfield Christian 20 - Tiara Francisco went 3-for-4 with a triple, two walks, four runs scored and three runs. Emma Paryaski went 3-for-5 with a home run, scoring three runs and had three RBI. Autumn Smith went 3-for-4 with a walk, four runs scored and had an RBI. Faith Crosby went 4-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored for the Eagles.

- Hartland played in a tournament on Friday and in the first game defeated Sterling Heights 7-6. Anna Kemp earned the win for the Eagles. She pitched six innings, giving up eight hits on six runs and six strikeouts. Brooke Cowan and Ryleigh Norton had two hits. In the second game, Hartland topped Oscoda 17-5. Madelin Skene had three hits and five RBI. Lauren Plasky, Hannah Mourad, Delanie Grundman and Brianna Robeson had multiple hits. Skene recorded the win in the circle for the Eagles.

- Royal Oak 8, Madison Heights Lamphere 7 (9 Innings) – At Royal Oak, Anna Ross had the game-winning RBI with a shot to right center in the ninth inning. She went 3-for-5 with a double, triple and three RBI in the game. Mallory Dubay went 3-for-5 with three runs scored and an RBI. Sierra Randle went 2-for-4 with a run scored. Marissa Krynak went 2-for-5 with an RBI. Hannah Lefave and Annie Rabon had a hit for the Ravens. Anna Ross had two doubles and two RBI. Julia Roell had a two-RBI single. Lamphere had key hits from catcher Alexis Wark (3-for-4), Rachael Wark, Ashley McKigney, Sarah Barrett, Shaylia Richardson, Elissia Vecere and Rachael Schorn (12-7, 4-5).

- Birmingham Detroit Country Day 7, Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood 2 - At Beverly Hills, Gabrielle Maday tossed a two-hit shutout with six strikeouts for Country Day (15-4). Alyssa Reiter had two hits and scored three runs and Erinn English added two hits for the Yellowjackets.

- Ann Arbor Area Tournament - Clarkston won its first two games at the tournament, downing Allen Park 4-2 (eight innings) and Wayland Union 5-4. In the opener, Olivia Warrington struck out 12 batters while going the distance. Paige Blevins had two hits and drove in two runs and Hannah Cady added two hits. Cady smacked three hits and drove in three runs in the second game, while Katelyn Garvin contributed three hits and an RBI. Sarah Gladding and Warrington shared the pitching duties for the Wolves.

- Novi Franklin Road Christian 13, Plymouth Christian 3 (5 innings) - At Novi, Gabrielle McKeever, Audrey Govan and Rebecca Krause had two hits apiece in Franklin Road’s victory. Winning pitcher Haley Thrift allowed two earned runs and two hits while striking out four in four innings as Franklin Road improved to 7-3 overall and 6-1 in the MIAC Red.

- Troy Athens 3, Fraser 2 (12 innings) - At Troy, Lanie Ellinger went the distance in the marathon and struck out 16 and also scored the winning run. Ellinger threw 203 pitches, 131 for strikes. She had three hits, including two doubles. Megan Larose had three hits, including the game-ending triple, and knocked in two runs. Rachel Van Proeyen and Katy McGarry each added two hits for Athens.

- Birmingham Seaholm 1, Traverse City Central 1 - Zoe Gaffney scored the goal and Jillian Shefferly gets the tie with five saves.

- Madison Heights Lamphere 7, Ferndale 0 - Ava Riley and Destiny Carr scored three goals. Allison Berger scored a goal for Lamphere (10-2-4, 8-1-2).

- North Farmington 8, Dearborn Fordson 0 - Olivia Elby grabbed two goals and had an assist. Abby Hegarty scored two goals. Gabriella Sgambati, Bethany Wood and Emily Petrovski scored a goal and grabbed an assist. Jacqueline Farquhar added a goal. Sam Randel had two assists while Haley Collin added an assist for North Farmington.

- Rochester 2, Clarkston 0 - Gabby Gilmore and Kaitlyn DuCharme scored a goal. Gabi Moote had an assist. Kaitlyn Godwin recorded the shutout for Rochester.

- Hazel Park 8, Southfield Christian 0 - At Hazel Park, Kara Martin had five goals (good for her 23rd on the season). Alicia Sterner scored a goal. Ashley Carlson added two goals. Kaitlyn Meachum recorded the shutout for Hazel Park (8-6-1). Hazel Park will play Farmington Hills Mercy on Tuesday.

- Northville 8, Westland John Glenn 0 (From Thursday) - Abby Gardiner scored a goal and grabbed four assists. Erica Toupin scored two goals. Megan Krygier had a goal and an assist. Lauren Fleming scored a goal. Jordin Rickard scored twice. Megan Krygier, Jenna Lauderback and Lauren Sibley added an assist. Ellie Thallman made six saves in the shutout for Northville (9-6-4). John Glenn (4-9-1).

- Hazel Park 5, Birmingham Roper 1 (From Thursday) - Leora Bernard scored a goal on a penalty kick for Roeper.

- Milford 1, Walled Lake Western 0 (From Thursday) - Hannah Scott scored a goal for Milford.

Boys Lacrosse

- Pontiac Notre Dame Prep 17, Auburn Hills Avondale 0 - Max Stowe had five goals, Jonathan Chabot added four goals and Ryan Genord added three goals for the Irish (11-6) in the opening round of the state tournament.

Girls Lacrosse

- Huron Valley United 11, Grand Blanc 10 - Kady Waits had four goals. Britney Leist added three goals. Amanda Thiele scored two goals. Payton Sloat and Bailey Cislo added a goal for the Titans.

- Rochester 17, Grosse Pointe Woods University Liggett 6 - Kendall Jordan added six goals and two assists. Emily Yerge scored five goals. Rylee Martin and Claire McPherson added two goals. Ava Harding and Mikaela Brown added a goal for the Falcons (12-6).

- Tecumseh 17, Wixom St. Catherine 12 (From Thursday) - The Stars took the loss on the road.

Boys Golf

- Novi Detroit Catholic Central finished with a team score of 292 in the Big Rapids Tournament. James Piot (64); Ben Smith (69); Sam Holland (78); Brendan Britz (81); Kenny Andrysiak (82) and Andrew Lack (90).

Girls Tennis

(From Thursday) - Lindsey Stration finished first in number two singles. Nina Munaco, Tatiana Payne, Allie Shermetaro-Haley Wrona and Sophie LaFontaine-Elaina Geragosian all finished in second place for Stoney Creek at regionals.

Boys Track and Field

- Notable performances for Holly in regionals included: Pole Vault- Jackston Monty (2nd, 12-6); Long Jump- Ryan Beltz (2nd, 21-4.75); 4x800M Relay- Emilio Gomez, Jose Vivanco, Samuel Schneider, Francisco Valdovinos (8th, 8:48.94); 4x400M Relay- Emilio Gomez, Tyler Thomason, Jose Vivanco, Christopher Adkins (8th, 3:39.14); 800M Run- Francisco Valdovinos (5th, 1:58.89).

Girls Track and Field

- Notable performances for Holly in regionals included: Pole Vault- Isabelle Brown (4th, 9-9); Sarah Charles (6th, 9-3); Discus- Sara Johnston (8th, 99-6); Shot Put- Sara Johnston (4th, 33-6.25); 100M Dash- Gabrielle St.Andre (6th, 13.10).

- The Royal Oak Lady Ravens finished six with a score of 59 points at the regional hosted by North Farmington High School. Nineteen All-Regional Medals were earned. Five of the Lady Ravens will be migrating to Grand Rapids for the State Track and Field Meet. Katie Forsyth was Regional Champion in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:17. Forsythe broke her own school record. Krista Gazda also broke a school record in the 300 hurdles with a time of 46.19. She finished 2nd in the Regional. Claire Kochanski jumped her way into the State Meet as an additional qualifier, She jumped 5"2 and finished third. The 1600 meter relay team of Katie Forsyth, Sam Potter, Krista Gazda and Kaitlin Cross sprinted to a second place finish setting a new school record with the time of 4:04.24. The 1600 meter relay team is one of the top teams in the state. The following Lady Ravens were all-regional: Olivia Decker finished 8th in Long Jump and was a member of the 6th place 400 meter relay team. Other members of that 400 meter relay team were Natalie Lambert, Nila Coney and Ramata Manneh. Megan Lee finished 3rd and Allycia Lemme finished 8th in the High Jump. All three Royal Oak Jumpers were All Regional High Jumpers. Sam Potter threw a personal best 105-7 finishing fourth in the region. Kaitlin Cross finished 5th in the open 400 meter run and was a part of the fifth place 800 meter relay team (Lambert, Potter, Gazda, Cross). Finally Christina Liu ran a personal best in the 3200 meter run with the time of 12.23 and finished seventh.

- Kendall Jordan, Rochester girls lacrosse - Jordan added six goals and two assists in a 176 victory over Grosse Pointe Woods University Liggett 17-6 on Friday.

- Kara Martin, Hazel Park girls soccer – Martin scored five goals as Hazel Park grabbed an 8-0 win over Southfield Christian on Friday.

- Lanie Ellinger, Troy Athens softball - Ellinger went the distance in the marathon and struck out 16 batters and also scored the winning run. She had three hits, including two doubles as Athens topped Fraser 3-2 in 12 innings on Friday.
