ROCHESTER - Rose Myers finished 5-for-9 on the day with a home run and helped key Rochester’s doubleheader sweep of Birmingham Seaholm in softball action Tuesday.

The Falcons took the opener, 8-7, and won the six-inning nightcap, 17-6, and also received contributions on the day from Catie Troy, who was 5-for-9 with three doubles, and Harper Monica, who went 5-for-9. Seaholm was led in the first game by Kate Bridges, who had three hits and scored three runs, Abby Righter, who notched three hits - including a home run, - and Alison McClear, who drove in three runs. In the finale, Righter and Jessica Verona each knocked in two runs while Reagan Hurd was 2-for-4 for Seaholm (7-5).

More Softball

- Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest 10, Allen Park Inter-City Baptist 1 – At Allen Park, Madison Macy recorded the win in the circle pitching a complete game giving up just one earned run and recording 13 strikeouts. Ali Magiera went 2-for-4 with three RBI. Rebecca Oleski went 2-for-3 with three RBI for Northwest (8-3, 3-1 MIAC Blue).

- St. Clair Shores South Lake 11, Madison Heights Lamphere 5 – At Madison Heights, Leeanna Radick hit a home run. Alexis Wark recorded an inside the park home run. Sarah McGinnis and Radick also recorded a double. Rachael Schorn and Josie Lukas recorded a single while Allison Hesse and Julia Roell recorded RBI’s in the contest for Lamphere (10-3, 2-2).

- Stoney Creek 16-15, Pontiac Notre Dame Prep 1-6 – At Rochester Hills, In the first game, Allison Moss and Tina Vitale recorded home runs. Mandy Lilia went 4-for-4 with four runs scored for Stoney Creek. Kacey Edmonds scored the lone run for ND Prep with a double in the fourth inning. In the second game, Kacey Edmonds recorded a pair of home runs. Maddie McClune, Kara Thornton, and Mary Yanik all collected two hits. Paige Greenwell added three hits including a pair of doubles for NDP. Lilia and Moss continued the strong day on offense and Morgan Porter added two hits for the Cougars.

- Sterling Heights Parkway Christian 11, Southfield Christian 7 – At Southfield, Emma Paryaski took the loss in the circle. Tiara Francisco went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run, and two runs scored. Grace Gilson went 1-for-3 with a double and two RBI and threw out two runners attempting to steal a base. Paryaski went 1-for-4 with an RBI. Lexie Prestel went 1-for-4 with an RBI and Faith Crosby added an RBI. Autumn Smith robbed a home run in the seventh inning for Southfield Christian (7-2).

- Ortonville Brandon 10-16, Flushing 0-0 (From Monday) - Olivia Consiglio pitched a no-hitter in the circle. In the nightcap, Mary Borowski pitched a one-hitter. Rachel Hendershott went 4-for-6 on the night.

- Lakeland 9, Milford 3 – (From Monday) - Teresa Menzel recorded the win in the circle with a complete game, giving up just five hits, three runs and recording four strikeouts. On offense, Menzel hit a three-run home run. Chase Schultz went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Rianna Koteles added two RBI for the Eagles (13-0).

Baseball

- Auburn Hills Oakland Christian 5, Sterling Heights Parkway Christian 3 - At Sterling Heights, Richard Steffan struck out eight in dealing a complete game on the mound and Zachary Tison went 3-for-3 with a home run for Oakland Christian.

- Clawson 8, St. Clair Shores South Lake 1 - At Clawson, Bryce Blaesing struck out five and allowed five hits in six innings pitched, Jackson Frendo dealt the final inning on the mound and Jack Therrien finished 3-for-4 at the plate for Clawson.

- Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood 3-0, Madison Heights Bishop Foley 0-3 - At Bloomfield Hills, in the first game, Ken Schumacher dealt seven shutout innings in which he allowed two hits and struck out four to post the pitching win, Max Musyj went 2-for-3 with two RBI and Griffin Levine was 1-for-2 with a run driven in for Cranbrook-Kingswood. In the nightcap, Justin Campbell pitched a two-hit shutout in which he recorded 14 strikeouts, Chase Gearing finished 2-for-4 with an RBI and Payton Schuster went 3-for-3 for Bishop Foley. Cranbrook-Kingswood is 3-12.

- Birmingham Groves 9, Southfield A&T 6 – At Beverly Hills, Evan Gilman went 2-for-3 with a double, a run scored and an RBI. George Cutler went 2-for-4 and went Nate Higley 2-for-3. Max Novick went 1-for-1, with two walks, a run scored and two RBI. Max Whalen recorded the win on the mound for Groves (15-2, 6-1 OAA White). George Osborne went 2-for-4 with a run scored and two RBI. Daniel Little added a double, a walk and two runs scored. A&T turned a triple play to get out of a bases loaded jam in the second inning.

- Flushing 3-10, Ortonville Brandon 2-0 – (From Monday) – Jason Young pitched a complete game in the opening loss.

- Ortonville Brandon 3, Goodrich 2 – (From Saturday) - Jared Halteman pitched four innings and recorded the win for Brandon. Josh Manfroni recorded the three inning save. Dusty Dickens & Ryan Beauchamp added RBI’s for Brandon.

Girls Soccer

- Birmingham Marian 6, Livonia Ladywood 1 - At Birmingham, Jansen Eichenlaub and Elaina Eckert scored two goals. Morgan Cochran grabbed two assists. Ellie DeConinck had a goal and an assist. Sydney Petoskey scored a goal. Grace Kinna, Claudia Schilling and Sara Stroud added an assist for Marian.

- Livonia Stevenson 2, South Lyon 1 – At South Lyon, Allison Faragher scored a goal and Kylie Davis added an assist for South Lyon.

- Birmingham Seaholm 8, Hazel Park 1 - At Birmingham, Zoe Gaffney scored four goals and grabbed two assists. Katie O’Connor scored three goals and Cate Brown scored a goal and grabbed two assists. Haley Hartwig, Ashley David and Ava Forte each added an assist for Seaholm. Grace Allen recorded the win in net making one save.

- Ferndale 2, Farmington Hills Harrison 2 - At Farmington Hills, Daphne Wilson tallied a second-half goal and an assist, Kaiya Scott supplied a first-half tally and Mackenzee Thornton finished with an assist for Ferndale (2-4-2), which took a 2-1 in the second half before Harrison registered the game-tying marker with 13 seconds left.

- Waterford Mott 6, Waterford Kettering 2 - At Waterford, Hannah Crum and Sierra Tischer each scored twice and Anna Jennings and Kayli Loza each added a goal for Mott. Kendra Lewis added two assists for Mott (9-2).

Boys Lacrosse

- Oxford 5, Rochester Adams 2 - At Oxford, Spencer Petoskey, Gavin Fritz, Logan Vachon, Sam Urban and Dryden Calcaterra all finished with a goal apiece for Oxford (9-3).

- Pontiac Notre Dame 15, Rochester 3 – At Rochester, Ryan Genord had three goals. Jonathan Chabot, Max Stowe, Danny Caton and Lorenzo Minaudo all had two goals. Zack Atkins, Chris Fitzpatrick, Logan Hand and Nick Pollack all scored a goal. Diego Collazo made nine saves and Jackson Bandy made two saves to split time in net for Notre Dame Prep (7-4).

- Lake Orion 9, Plymouth 8 - At Plymouth, Sam Parillo scored four goals, Chris French added a goal and an assist and Liam Brown chipped in with three assists for Lake Orion (8-2).

- Walled Lake Northern 6, Milford 4 - (From Monday) At Commerce, Dakota Racine provided eight saves and Ryan Kolb made five saves in net for Milford.

Girls Lacrosse

- Pontiac Notre Dame Prep 16, Lakeland 7 (From Monday) - Natalie Busen and Bailey Cislo each scored two goals. Aubrey Beugin and Rachael Leach. Dana Haney, Trisha Harris and Cee Mason added a goal for the Titans.

Boys Golf

- South Lyon 167, Plymouth Salem 172 - At Plymouth, Zach VanBoren shot a 36 to earn medalist honors for South Lyon, while Matt Schaumburger paced Salem (1-2 KLAA) with a 40 at a match played at Fox Hills GC, with a par 35.

- (From Friday) At Farmington Hills, Royal Oak took second place by shooting a 352 at the first OAA divisional tournament.

Girls Tennis

- Madison Heights Lamphere 7, Warren Fitzgerald 1 – At Warren, Jenna Truong, Dinh Luong and Min Li recorded wins in the first three singles matches. Vy Nguen-Jenny Truong; Vy Tran- Suzanne Awali; Meghan Brink-Destiny Michael and Jessylyn Titus-Christine Chambour swept doubles play respectively for Lamphere (6-1-3, 3-0-1).

- Lake Orion 7, Royal Oak 1 – At Lake Orion, Ivona Gorgioski recorded the lone win for the Ravens.

Girls Track and Field

- Goodrich 75, Ortonville Brandon 65 - (From Saturday) – Winners for Brandon included: Jessica Andrus (100 Hurdles); Brooke Kilyk (High Jump); Tricia Pierce (Pole Vault, Long Jump); Morgan Ross (Discus).
