CLARKSTON - In OAA Red softball action, Clarkston took a pair of games from Lake Orion Tuesday, winning the doubleheader opener, 13-3, and also coming out on top in the nightcap, 10-4.

- Birmingham Detroit Country Day 3, Pontiac Notre Dame Prep 1 - At Beverly Hills, Jacqueline Spizizen allowed one unearned run on four hits and finished with 10 strikeouts in the circle and Jessica Garmen totaled a double and two RBI for Detroit Country Day (6-2). Caley Gleason yielded three unearned runs on four hits while striking out three in the circle, Maddy McClune was the lone player from either side to notch two hits, Mary Yanik totaled a hit and Paige Greenwell supplied an RBI double for Notre Dame Prep.

- Novi Franklin Road Christian 11, Ann Arbor Greenhills 1 (5 Innings) - At Novi, Kayla Nannoshi pitched all five innings, struck out five gave up only two hits, Haley Thrift was 3-for-3 with a triple, three runs scored and two RBI, Danielle Fusco was 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored and Ally Broadright was 2-for-3 with three runs scored, an RBI and three stolen bases for Franklin Road Christian (3-0 overall, 2-0 MIAC Red).

- Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest 10, Parkway Christian 0 (5 Innings) - At Sterling Heights, Madison Macy struck out 11 and allowed two hits and no runs in the circle while also having two RBI in going 2-for-3 on offense, Ali Magiera went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases and two runs scored and Brynn Cudney finished with a pair of RBI for Lutheran Northwest (4-3).

- Oxford 2-10, Rochester 0-4 - At Oxford, in game one, Kaitlyn Bean pitched a no-hitter in which she posted 15 strikeouts, Hannah Vachon added two hits and Lauren Donaldson and Anna Peruski tallied an RBI each in the opener for Oxford. In game two, Vachon dealt a complete game in which she totaled six strikeouts, while Sarah Tyrrell, Vachon and Bean each added two hits for Oxford.

- New Haven 8, Madison Heights Lamphere 3 - At Madison Heights, Julia Roell and Shaylia Richardson each notched hits and a run driven in and Alexis Wark and Jensyn Shaw also added a hit apiece for Lamphere (9-1 overall, 1-1 MAC Silver).

- Stoney Creek 2-1, Troy Athens 1-5 - At Troy, in the opener, Lauren Erickson pitched a complete game to earn the win in the circle for Stoney Creek. Lanie Ellinger tossed 11 ⅓ innings over the course of the two games and tallied 18 strikeouts in the circle while adding a home run on offense in the opener. In game two, Mikayla Kirtland went 2-for-3 with two RBI and also scored a run for Athens (4-7 overall, 2-2 OAA Red).

- Rochester Adams 9-5, Birmingham Seaholm 4-4 - At Birmingham, Emma Curran picked up the win in the circle in game one and Mary Nash, Sarah Judis and Brynna Garden all contributed to the offense for the Highlanders. In game two, Sarah Judis picked up the pitching win, while Hannah Tyree and Maggie Gasiorowski added the offense for Adams (3-5). Erika MacArthur had three hits and Regan Hurd provided two hits for the Maples in the opener, while Seaholm (5-3) was led in the nightcap by Jessica Verona, who was 4-for-4, Alison McClear, who went 3-for-3 with a triple and an RBI, and Grace Sherbin, who contributed an RBI single.

- Royal Oak 21-16, Ferndale 3-4 - At Ferndale, in game one, Anna Ross went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and three RBI, Ashley Bleecker had two runs scored, Hannah Lefave finished 2-for-2 with five runs scored, Emily Alton was 2-for-4 and drove in three runs and Mikaeyla Connolly went 2-for-4 on the day and scored three runs for Royal Oak. - North Farmington 4-7, Troy 1-2 - At Troy, in the opener, Sam Cherney tossed a no-hitter in which she struck out 11 in the circle and also added two hits and a pair of runs driven in at the plate, Mara Sczecienski, Sarah Fish, Maeve O’Hare and Sarah Williams all added a hit and Kelsey Center had an RBI for North Farmington. In game two, O’Hare dealt three innings, Cherney fanned six in four innings pitched while also tallying three hits at the plate and Sczecienski provided a grand slam for North Farmington (4-1 overall, 3-1 OAA Red).

- Wixom St. Catherine 5-12, Macomb Lutheran North 0-6 - At Wixom, in game one, Maddie Campagna dealt a two-hit shutout in the circle and added a pair of runs driven in and two hits and the plate and Laine Johnston, Morgan Schimeck and Skylar Crawford all provided RBI for the Stars. In the nightcap, Megan Cermack and Maddie Campagna combined to lead St. Catherine (7-1 league) in the circle in the win.

- Lakeland 10, Grand Blanc 0 - (From Monday) At Grand Blanc, Teresa Menzel scattered three hits over five innings and struck out eight in the circle, Chase Schultz didn’t allow any runs in the circle, Mary Zimmerman went 3-for-3 with two stolen bases and a pair of runs scored, Menzel added three hits and three RBI, Rianna Koteles was 2-for-4 with a run driven in, Madeline Langdon went 2-for-3 and Lauren Castellon finished 2-for-4 with a three-run home run for Lakeland (6-0).

- Ortonville Brandon 10-9, Linden 9-12 - (From Monday) At Ortonville, in game one, Olivia Consiglio delivered the game-winning single in the bottom of the seventh inning, Katelynn Ceccacci notched four hits and Consiglio and Katianne Rausch each finished with multiple hits for Brandon. In the nightcap, Consiglio, Ceccacci and Lexi Hendershott all provided multiple hits for Brandon and Ceccacci totaled four RBI.


- Madison Heights Bishop Foley 7-3, Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard 1-3 - At Madison Heights, in the opener, Justin Campbell pitched a complete game for Bishop Foley. The nightcap was called after seven innings due to darkness with the teams tied at 3-3.

- Troy Athens 6, Notre Dame Prep 2 - At Pontiac, Clark Joslin tossed six innings and allowed no earned runs, Jack Reeves finished 2-for-3 with two runs scored and Ben Riffe notched three RBI for Athens (5-6).

- Auburn Hills Oakland Christian 8, Novi Franklin Road Christian 7 - At Auburn Hills, Richard Steffan finished 3-for-5 and had the game-winning single for Oakland Christian.

- Ferndale 7, Southfield A&T 6 - At Southfield, Ferndale moves to 5-5.

- Farmington 12, North Farmington 3 - At Farmington Hills, Artie Bentley finished 2-for-5 with four RBI, Tom Williamson recorded a bases-loaded triple in the third inning, Rushil Putumbaka threw 3 ⅔ innings and tallied four strikeouts with four walks to earn the win on the mound and Matt Lane threw the last 3 ⅓ innings in relief for Farmington (10-4 overall, 2-2 OAA White). North Farmington is 0-5 in the league.

- Birmingham Groves 7, Utica 2 - At Birmingham, Ryan Laub got the pitching win, striking out seven, Rolando Arambula picked up the save on the mound, John Kowalchuk, Max Whelan and George Cutler all drove in runs and Evan Gilman, Max Zeidman and Brock Anderson each added a hit for Groves (8-1).

- Birmingham Seaholm 3-3, West Bloomfield 2-2 - At Birmingham, Justin Miller pitched a complete game, Chase Powers and Max Schumaker drove in runs for Seaholm in the opener, while Lane Cortright, Chase Powers and Liam Neel drove in the runs and Max King dealt a complete game for Seaholm (5-0 OAA White) in the nightcap.

- Lake Orion 5-4, Rochester Adams 0-0 - (From Monday) At Lake Orion, in game one, Tyler Moses picked up the win while Josh Slayton and Ryan Kolp each had two hits for the Dragons, while Chase Lusader and Zach Soldan each had a single and a walk for Adams. In game two, Andre Orselli got the win on the mound, dealing a no-hitter and striking out 10, and Moses drove in two runs to help the offense for Lake Orion, while Ben Patton allowed one earned run in five innings pitched for Adams.

- Birmingham Marian 6, Farmington Hills Mercy 3 - At Farmington Hills, Ellie DeConinck contributed three goals, Grace Kinna posted a goal and an assist, Jansen Eichenlaub and Morgan Cochran each scored a goal, Claudia Schilling provided two assists and Kate Currier and Maggie DePorre split time in net for Marian.

- Lake Orion 1, Birmingham Groves 0 - At Beverly Hills, Madelyn Zalac scored a first-half goal that was assisted by Ally Tefend and Taryn Redd earned the shutout in net for Lake Orion (6-3).

- Ferndale 1, Hazel Park 1 - At Ferndale, Miah Ellis scored a goal off an assist from Mackenzee Thornton for Ferndale (1-4-1).

- North Farmington 5, Berkley 2 - At Farmington Hills, Olivia Elby posted four goals and an assist and Gabrielle Sgambati added a goal for North Farmington (4-2-1).

- Birmingham Seaholm 9, Pontiac 1 - At Pontiac, Genna St. Onge, Lindsay DeGeeter, Ava Forte, Faye Boback, Maddy Sparks, Ally Morrison, Katie O’Connor, Margaret Miller and Lauren McIntosh all scored a goal apiece and Grace Allen earned the win in goal for Seaholm.

- Rochester Adams 2, Troy Athens 1 - At Rochester Hills , Alli Leonard notched a goal that was assisted by Ashley Leonard for Athens.

- Waterford Mott 2, Walled Lake Western 0 - At Waterford, Anna Jennings scored the game's first goal and that was all needed for the Corsairs. Hannah Crum scored the second goal for Mott. Taryn Webb and Marissa Lossia combined for the shutout in goal. Mott is 7-1 overall and 3-1 in the KLAA North.

- Birmingham Detroit Country Day 3, Royal Oak 1 - (From Monday) At Beverly Hills, Detroit Country Day led 2-0 at the half and earned the win.

- Holly 6, Flint Kearsley 1 (From Monday) - At Flint, Paige Gunn and Payton Price each scored twice and Sami Hild and Alex Karakuc each added a goal for Holly (4-1-4).

- Richard Steffan, Auburn Hills Oakland Christian baseball - Steffan was 3-for-5 in providing the game-winning single to help lead Oakland Christian past Novi Franklin Road Christian, 8-7, Tuesday.
