BLOOMFIELD HILLS - Justin Henry put in 16 points and Bloomfield Hills topped Birmingham Detroit Country Day, 70-46, in non-league boys basketball action Thursday.

Josh Jones added 11 points, nine rebounds and four blocks and Keiwuan Graham had 10 points for Bloomfield Hills (2-0). Wendell Green registered 23 points for Detroit Country Day (1-1).

- Westland Huron Valley Lutheran 41, West Frankel Jewish Academy 35 - At West Bloomfield, Jacob Klein totaled 11 points and Ryan Otis added eight points for Frankel Jewish Academy (0-2). Matt Baker and Nate Hamilton each had 13 points for Huron Valley Lutheran.

- Stoney Creek 57, Utica Ford 43 - At Rochester Hills, Nate Davis scored 17 points and Evan Becker added 16 for Stoney Creek (2-0). Mario Djeljaj finished with 15 points for Utica Ford (1-1).

- Lakeland 61, South Lyon 55 - At White Lake, Eagle Kyle Soderberg scored 25 points and grabbed seven rebounds and Cass Phillips had 13 points with six rebounds. South Lyon’s Nick Flynn led his team with 26 points. Lakeland is 1-0 and South Lyon is 0-2.

- Southfield Christian 38, Livonia Clarenceville 12 - At Southfield, Allison Sullivan posted 14 points and Kelly Hunter chipped in with 10 points for Southfield Christian (2-1).

- Troy 33, Walled Lake Central 19 - At Troy, Shannon Lin finished with 12 points and Athena Samson added seven points and 16 rebounds for Troy (2-2). Ashley Shaow had five points for Central.

- Madison Heights Bishop Foley 40, Clinton Township Clintondale 20 - At Madison Heights, Erin Whitman, Jessica Russo and Jillian Ramos all totaled 10 points apiece for Bishop Foley (3-0), which outscored Clintondale 20-3 in the second half. Clintondale is 0-4.

- Clarkston 59, Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes 29 - At Clarkston, Kayla Luchenbach led the Wolves (3-0) with 22 points and 11 rebounds, Molly Nicholson scored 14 points and added 10 rebounds and Maddie Beck scored 15 points. For Our Lady of the Lakes, Tiffany Senerius led her team with 15 points.

- Birmingham Groves 67, Troy Athens 56 - At Troy, Sha Carter posted 24 points and eight steals for Groves (1-1). Nicole Hughes scored 13 points and Maddie Crum added 12 points and 11 rebounds for Athens (1-1).

- Novi 40, West Bloomfield 29 - At Novi, Ellie Mackay recorded 19 points, Cara Ninkovich scored eight points and Julia Lalain added six points for Novi.

- Walled Lake Western 47, South Lyon 32 - At South Lyon, Janara Flowers put in 19 points, Ericka VanMaele and Kailee Ford each added nine points apiece and Jordan Walczyk posted eight points for Western (2-0). South Lyon is 1-1.

- Wixom St. Catherine 47, Riverview Gabriel Richard 29 - At Riverview, Lizzy Turek poured in 13 points and Gabby Green contributed 12 points for St. Catherine (3-1), which held a 24-point advantage at halftime. Anne Payette supplied nine points and Anna Izzo added six points for Gabriel Richard.

- Novi Detroit Catholic Central 7, Port Huron Northern 0 - (From Wednesday) At Plymouth, Nicco Zervos, Zach Sprys-Tellner, Ethan Ervin and Kory McCullough all registered a goal and an assist for Catholic Central as seven different Shamrocks scored a goal. Sean Finstrom turned aside all nine shots he faced in net for Catholic Central.

- Brighton 3, Novi 1 - (From Wednesday) At Novi, Ryan Fonda netted a goal from Brandon Kour and Zach Perpich while Manny Legace made 22 stops in net for Novi. Jake Crespi tallied a goal and an assist and Logan Neaton recorded 19 saves in net for Brighton.

- Woodhaven 6, Birmingham Detroit Country Day 5 (OT) - (From Wednesday) At Brownstown, Timothy Stebbins supplied a pair of goals, Nathan Thewes and Connor McGinnis each had two assists, Nick Thewes finished with a goal and an assist and Brendan Dolan turned aside 31 shots in net for Detroit Country Day.
