- Bloomfield Hills Academy of the Sacred Heart wins six of eight flights to take title at Almont regional.

- (From Thursday) At Farmington Hills, North Farmington placed first at a Division 2 regional it hosted by scoring 23 points and edging past Dexter and its 22 points at the nine-team event. North Farmington and Dexter will advance to the state finals. Flight champions for North Farmington were Louise Clark at No. 1 singles, Kaelyn Poirier, at No. 2 singles, the No. 1 doubles team of Niya Green and Pooja Kapadia and the No. 3 doubles team of Hannah Stein and Kat Vicini.

Baseball

- Walled Lake Northern 4-9, Auburn Hills Avondale 3-7 – At Walled Lake, In the first game, Carter Farr went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run. Nick Powell went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases. Cooper VanMaele went 2-for-2 with a run scored. Devin Hager recorded the game-winning hit in the bottom of the sixth inning. Dean Lipinski pitched six innings and recorded seven strikeouts for Northern. In the second game, Hager went 1-for-2 with two RBI. Jack Powell went 1-for-2 with an RBI. Jake Frelich went 1-for-2 with an RBI, two runs scored and two stolen bases. A.J. Sterling recorded the win with a pair of strikeouts and Hager struck out the final batter of the game to earn the save for Northern (15-14).

- Troy Athens 11, Royal Oak 0 – At Royal Oak, Austin Sultzbach pitched four innings with seven strikeouts and only one walk. Connor Amesse and Brendan O’Brien threw one inning and no hits. Louis Kassak went 3-for-3 with three doubles, three runs scored and five RBI. Brendan Genereau went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI for Athens (15-7).

- Hartland 5, Traverse City West 0 – At Hartland, John Baker pitched a complete game shutout with 12 strikeouts.

- Southfield 6, Ferndale 4 – At Southfield, George Osbourne pitched a complete game with seven strikeouts for Southfield.

- Rochester Adams 5-3, Troy 2-0 – At Rochester, In the first game, Anthony Kania had two hits and an RBI. Michael Van Pelt had two RBI. Chase Lusader had three walks. Jack Reno pitched five innings and recorded six strikeouts. Alex Mannhalt recorded the save with two innings of work for Adams. Cameron Mercer had a hit and a walk. Carter Scillion went 2-for-2 with an RBI. Adam Booth pitched six innings and had three strikeouts for Troy. In the second game, pitched five and two thirds innings with three hits and five strikeouts for Adams (19-10).

- Novi Franklin Road Christian 26, Allen Park Inter-City Baptist 8 - At Allen Park, Shaun Moore went 4-for-4 with two home runs, one of which was a grand slam, he recorded seven RBI and had five runs scored. Evan Lorey went 3-for-4 with three runs scored, a home run and had six RBI. Gavin Harris went 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI and three runs scored for Franklin Road (13-5). Inter-City (5-10).

- Birmingham Groves 7, Ortonville Brandon 2 - At Ortonville, John Kowalchuk went 2-for-2 with four RBI. Michael Pastoria went 1-for-2 with an RBI and two runs scored. Max Novick went 1-for-1 with a walk and a run scored. Chaise Ford threw a complete game one-hitter with four walks, one earned run and had seven strikeouts for Groves (25-7).

- Birmingham Detroit Country Day 7, Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard 2 - At Beverly Hills, Steve Mann pitched a complete game, giving up just five hits, one walk, one earned run and six strikeouts. Offensively, Nick Neibauer went 2-for-2 with a double and three RBI. Will Krushena went 2-for-2 with an RBI. Devin Beach went 2-for-2 for Country Day (21-5).

Softball

- Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest 6, Auburn Hills Oakland Christian 0 - At Auburn Hills, Melanie Zambron went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Grace VanDellen went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Madison Macy pitched a complete game giving up just one hit and recorded 14 strikeouts for Northwest (21-5).

- North Farmington 10-11, Rochester Adams 0-1 – At Farmington, In the first six inning game, Alexis Cherney grabbed the win in the circle. Samantha Cherney went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI. Ryan Walker went 2-for-2 with two runs scored. Elizabeth Sullivan went 2-for-3 with two runs scored for North Farmington In the second game, Samantha Cherney recorded the win Mara Sczecienski went 4-for-4 with four RBI. Drew Edwards went 1-for-2 with an RBI for North Farmington (12-10, 6-5).

Girls Soccer

- Stoney Creek 6, Clarkston 1 – At Rochester Hills, Taylor Paradoski scored three goals. Nicole Eichberger scored a pair of goals. Megan Solek and Ashley Miles added a goal. Emily Solek, Sofia Zambrano, Isabella Langusch added an assist for Stoney Creek (10-2-3).

- North Farmington 4, Farmington Hills Harrison 0 - At Farmington Hills, Olivia Elby, Alyssa Roberson, Tyler Hammaren and Carina Wright scored a goal. Tyler Hammaren, Emily Petrovski, Gabriella Sgambati and Arti Vaishnav had an assist for North Farmington (12-4-0).

- Lakeland 2, Holly 0 - White Lake, The Lady Eagles earn the shutout.

- Novi 3, Plymouth Canton 1 - (From Thursday) At Plymouth, Jessica Halmaghi, Jessie Bandyk and Chloe Allen all scored second-half goals for Novi (9-1-6, 6-1-3 KLAA Central) in the KLAA Kensington Conference championship game. Mary Galm scored a goal for Canton (11-1-4).

- Oxford 3, Birmingham Groves 0 (From Thursday) - Katherine Guthrie scored two goals and Sophia Bell scored a goal. Mackenzie Eschberger had an assist for Oxford.

- Ortonville Brandon 3, Goodrich 0 (From Thursday) - Sarah Buda scored twice including a goal on a penalty kick and had an assist. Karlie Hoffman added a goal. Logan Owen made three saves for the shutout for Brandon.

- Novi 3, Saline 1 - (From Saturday) At Novi, Chloe Allen tallied two goals, Jessica Halmaghi added a goal and Aastha Dharia made four saves for Novi, while Allison Luurtsema scored for Saline (8-4-1).

Girls Lacrosse

- Hartland 21, Holly 1 – At Hartland, Shelby Oliverio scored five goals. Cassie Pankowski and Erica Panos added two goals apiece for Hartland.

Boys Lacrosse

- Huron Valley United 15, Grand Blanc 6 - (From Wednesday) At White Lake, Brendan Thelen notched three goals, Danny Yates added two goals and three assists, Robert Phillip registered two goals and an assist and Dakota Racine made five saves in net for Huron Valley United in the pre-regional game.

Top Performers

- Taylor Paradoski, Stoney Creek girls soccer - Paradoski scored three goals as Stoney Creek grabbed a 6-1 victory over Clarkston on Friday.

- Shaun Moore, Novi Franklin Road Christian baseball – Moore went 4-for-4 with two home runs, one of which was a grand slam, he recorded seven RBI and had five runs scored in a 26-8 victory over Allen Park Inter-City Baptist on Friday.

- Mara Sczecienski, North Farmington softball - Sczecienski went 4-for-4 with four RBI as North Farmington swept the doubleheader between Rochester Adams 10-0 and 11-1 respectively on Friday.
