FARMINGTON – Dan Carty threw a complete game three-hitter, allowing seven hits and two walks as Farmington defeated rival Farmington Hills Harrison 9-1 to clinch the OAA White on Thursday.

Alex Manasa was 2-for-3 with a home-run and two runs scored and Deven Mahanti went 1-for-4 with an RBI for Farmington (13-2 OAA White).

- Walled Lake Central 4, Dearborn 3 (9 Innings) – At Walled Lake, Christian Hakim went 3-for-4 with two RBI and recorded the walkoff single in the bottom of the ninth inning, Jack Gulvas hit the game-tying home run in the seventh inning, Yoshihiro Morihara went 2-for-2 and Jimi Kandah picked up the win on the mound for Central (17-10).

- Orchard Lake St Mary’s 5, Lakeland 4 - At White Lake, Damon Leja picked up the win while Harrison Salter went 2-for-4 and Landon Dombrowksi added a hit and threw three out trying to steal. OLSM is now 20-10 going into the CHSL Semifinals.

- Southfield 14, Hamtramck 1 - At Southfield, George Osborne went 2-for-3 with an RBI, Jaycen Lipsey added a double and a run scored and Duane Henderson added a pair of hits and two runs scored for Southfield.

- Birmingham Groves 9, Detroit Renaissance 2 - At Birmingham, Joe Roberts was 3-for-3 with a home run, three RBI and two runs scored, Bralen Dennis finished 2-for-3, Doug Roche added a double and Max Whalen pitched four scoreless innings of three-hit ball to get the win on the mound while racking up six strikeouts and adding a hit offensively for Groves (24-7). Daniel Little went 2-for-3, Caleb Nelson was 2-for-4 and Jordan Christian had a double for Renaissance.

- Southfield Christian 13, West Bloomfield Frankel Jewish Academy 4 - At Southfield, Jake Devine and Zach Johnson each had two hits and scored two runs. Will Wilkinson had a hit, stole four bases and scored three runs. Josh Guerra and Zack Paryaski both doubled to drive in two runs each and Ben Guerra tripled in the fifth to drive in two runs. Cam Springer had a hit and a run scored. Defensively, the team was led by Wilkinson who pitched three innings, striking out three batters. Zach Johnson pitched four innings in relief to earn the save for Southfield Christian (8-14, 5-3).

- Auburn Hills Avondale 9-10, Ortonville Brandon 5-0 - At Auburn Hills, Brad Kavka went 3-for-4 and Travis Janes had two hits and scored three runs for Avondale. Curtis Stimac and Zack Clements each had two hits for Brandon. In game two, Matt Moy pitched a shutout and Travis Janes homered and had three hits total. Chris Andrus scored three times on two hits in the sweep for Avondale.

- Hartland 3, Plymouth Salem 0 - (From Wednesday) At Hartland, Hartland earned the win.

- Westland John Glenn 8, Milford 3 - (From Wednesday) At Highland, Josh Bravo and Conner Jensen each tallied a solo home run for Milford in a KLAA crossover game.

Softball

- Farmington Hills Mercy 6, Allen Park Cabrini 2 – At Farmington Hills, Andrea Elmore went 1-for-2 with a three-run home run and three RBI. Cari Padula and Mary Reeber went 1-for-3 with an RBI. Shannon Gibbons went 1-for-3 with a walks and Nicole Belans went 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI. Elmore recorded the win in the circle with two runs scored, seven walks and seven RBI for Mercy.

- Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest 6, Macomb Lutheran North 0 - At Rochester Hills, Allie Magiera went 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI. Dani Wilusz went 2-for-3 with two runs scored. Madison Macy pitched a complete game shutout with 11 strikeouts for Northwest (20-5).

- Ortonville Brandon 11-4, Birmingham Groves 0-3 - (From Wednesday) At Birmingham, in the six-inning opener, Emily Tucker dealt a shutout in the circle and Rachel Hendershott was 2-for-3 on offense for Brandon. In the nightcap, Emma Borowski and Elaina Ceccacci both totaled two hits apiece and combined to drive in two runs for Brandon.

- Oxford 5-7, Armada 1-3 - At Oxford, Hannah Vachon struck out 10, allowingfive hits Alex Brown went 3-for-3 with and RBI. Chloe Allen went 1-for-4 with an RBI. Mckenzie Miller and Kaitlyn Bean each went 1-for-3 with a RBI. Hannah Vachon went 1-for-3. Maddie Morris and Lauren Donaldson each went 1-for-2 In the second game, Kaitlyn Bean struck out six, allowed six hits, allowed two earned runs and one BB. Lauren Donaldson went 3-for-5 with two RBI. Hannah Vachon went 1-for-3 with a RBI. Maddie Dinges went 2-for-2 while Logan Douglas and Maddie Morris each went 1-for-2.

- Troy Athens 7-11, Troy 5-5 - At Troy, Brittaney Malaga went 3-for-5 with an RBI. Julia Calnen went 3-for-5 with three RBI. Miranda Urban went 3-for-5 with an RBI for Athens. In the second game, Alina Kirtland went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI. Megan Larose went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI. Rachel Van Proeyen went 3-for-4 with five RBI for Athens (14-12-1).

- Sterling Heights Strong Tower 15, Southfield Christian 5 – At Southfield, Maranda Sailor went 3-for-3 with a double, a run scored and an RBI. Grace Gilson went 2-for-3 with a run scored. Emma Paryaski went 2-for-3 with a double and two runs scored for Southfield Christian (13-3).

- Hartland 1, Walled Lake Western 0 (2 OT) – At Walled Lake, Taylor Rollins scored a goal and Andrea Everett recorded six saves for Hartland (7-4-6).

- Waterford Mott 3, Milford 1 – At Waterford, Hannah Crum had a goal and an assist. Kendra Lewis and Kayli Loza scored a goal. Emily Meredith and Sierra Tischer had an assist. Marissa Lossia and Tairyn Webb split time in net for Mott (12-5-1).

- Bloomfield Hills 2, Birmingham Seaholm 1 – At Birmingham, Katie O’Conner scored a goal and Natalie Erne had an assist. Alaina Betz made six saves for Seaholm.

- Hazel Park 7, Warren Fitzgerald 1 - At Hazel Park, Kara Martin had two goals and four assists. Fatou Barrow had two goals. Liz Sterner had two goals. Kara Sterner had a goal. Savette Stroud recorded the win in net for Hazel Park (10-4-1).

- Troy Athens 1, West Bloomfield 0 – At Troy, Lindsey Boots scored a goal and Ashley Leonard recorded an assist. Amanda Harris, Julia Lower and Katie Prebelich split time to earn the shutout for Athens.

- Ortonville Brandon 3, Goodrich 0 - At Goodrich, Karlie Hoffman notched two goals, Sarah Buda scored a goal and Logan Owen earned the shutout in net for Brandon.

- Bloomfield Hills 2, Birmingham Seaholm 1 - At Birmingham, Caitlin Shoemaker and Sam Ferry each scored a goal, Sydney Huston had an assist and Molly Efros got the win in goal for Bloomfield Hills (9-3-2). Katie O’Conner tallied a goal that was assisted by Natalie Erne and Alaina Betz made six saves in net for Seaholm.

- North Farmington 17, Dearborn Riverside Academy West 0 - (From Wednesday) At Farmington Hills, North Farmington earned the win.

- Brighton 4, Milford 0 - (From Tuesday) At Highland, Brighton scored three first-half goals on its way to the win. Milford finishes KLAA West play with a 5-3-2 divisional mark and an 8-3-3 overall record.

- Troy Athens 2, North Farmington 0 - (From Monday) At Troy, Athens tallied both of its goals in the second half and North Farmington falls to 10-4 overall and 4-2 in the OAA Red.

Girls Lacrosse

- Troy Athens 11, West Bloomfield 6 - At Troy, Sydney Bommarito tallied four goals and three assists and Danielle Stanichuk and Ellie Rocheleau each contributed two goals for Athens. Taylor Cantelon finished with five goals for West Bloomfield.
