WALLED LAKE - Kaitlyn Wolschlager went 6-for-7 with seven RBI and three home runs and grabbed both wins in the circle as Walled Lake Central recorded a doubleheader sweep of Waterford Mott with 11-1 and 18-3 victories respectively on Wednesday.

Payton Faber went 5-for-7 with a double. Emma Romick went 5-for-6 with a home run and a double for Central (12-2, 8-1 KLAA).

More softball

- Royal Oak 14, Clawson 0 - At Clawson, Marissa Krynak pitched a one-hitter with eight strikeouts and recorded her third straight shutout of the season. Hannah LeFave had two hits and four RBI. Ashley Locklear had two hits, two RBI and three runs scored for Royal Oak (8-4, 4-1 OAA Blue).

- Hartland 4-11, Brighton 1-3 - At Hartland, in the opener Brighton’s Brooke Liss scored their run. Hartland’s Anne Kemp pitched seven innings and allowed no earned runs, three hits and two walks and struck out four. Delanie Grundman was 2-for-3 scoring two runs with a triple and a single. Nightcap action saw Madelin Skene lead her team with a two-run home run. Teammate Delaney Greene answered with two home runs of her own while Amanda Mourad added an RBI triple. Skene was the winning pitcher with three runs, striking out six, walking five giving up six hits total.

- Milford 12-11, Pinckney 3-4 - At Highland, in the opener, Natalie Herrington allowed no earned runs and struck out six in five innings to pick up the win in the circle and also supplied a home run and a single at the plate, Katrina Hancock added a two-run triple and Audrey Petoskey tallied two RBI doubles for Milford. In the nightcap, Koryn Pennebaker finished with three hits and three RBI, Julia Stevenson had two RBI doubles and Hailey Curtis earned the win in the circle, allowing two runs in four innings, for Milford.

-Troy Athens 17, Clarkston Everest Collegiate 2 (4 innings) At Troy, Austin Sulzbach. went 3-for-3 with two runs scored and three RBI. Clark Joslin went 1-for-1 with two RBI. Jake Vincent went 3-for-3 with three runs scored and three RBI for Athens (9-2).

- Walled Lake Northern 17-3, Waterford Kettering 0-1 - At Waterford, In the first three inning game, Jon Friend went 2-for-2 with a double, two runs scored and an RBI. Devin Hager went 1-for-3 with a double, three RBI and two runs scored. Landon Hunt went 2-for-2 with a double and three RBI. Dylan Stants went 1-for-2 with a double, two runs scored and two RBI. Zack Northcott recorded the win giving up one hit and striking out three batters. In the second game, Jack Powell pitched a complete game gave up just one hit, with a pair of walks and three strikeouts. On offense, Powell went 1-for-1 with a walk, a stolen base, a run scored and an RBI. Friend had an RBI on a sacrifice fly. Kyle Gilbert went 1-for-3 with a run scored for Northern (7-6, 4-2 KLAA North)

- Birmingham Detroit Country Day 5, Royal Oak Shrine 2 - At Beverly Hills, Andrew Toma pitched a complete game with five hits, two walks and six strikeouts. Aaron Benson went 2-for-3 with three RBI. Will Krushena went 2-for-3 with an RBI for Country Day (11-3). Andrew Jaeger went 2-for-3 with a run scored for Shrine (9-3).

- Rochester Adams 6, Oxford 1 – At Rochester, Matt McClennen went 2-for-3 with two runs scored, an RBI and a walk. Justin Seablom and Ryan Goodsell went 1-for-4 with a pair of RBI for Adams. Joey Prechtel pitched six innings of one-hit ball with one run, two walks and five strikeouts to record the win. Alex Kapitula pitched an inning with a walk and two strikeouts. Gage Warzecha recorded a hit and Zak Schwerin knocked in the run for Oxford (4-2).

- Stoney Creek 5, Clarkston 1 - At Clarkston, Tanner Dean pitched a complete game, allowing no earned runs and striking out seven on the mound, Brett Pokley totaled three hits, Jordan Skidmore added two hits and an RBI and Dean finished with a pair of RBI at the plate for Stoney Creek. Clarkston’s Joe Kuczmanski pitched a complete game on the mound and also contributed two hits at the plate. Clarkston is 2-7.

- Madison Heights Madison 6, Clinton Township Clintondale 5 - At Madison Heights, Ryan Crews went the distance and recorded the win. Brendan McGurk went 3-for-3 with three RBI for Madison (5-0).

- Novi Franklin Road Christian 3, Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest 1 - At Rochester Hills, Evan Lorey was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI, Paul Alex went 1-for-3 with two RBI and Shaun Moore pitched a complete game, finishing with eight strikeouts and allowing one earned run on three hits and walking two on the mound for Franklin Road Christian (7-1, 4-1 MIAC). Lutheran Northwest falls to 2-6 overall and 0-4 in the MIAC.

- Orchard Lake St. Mary’s 6-0, Warren De La Salle 4-5 - At Orchard Lake, in the opener, Drew Boyd was 3-for-4 with three RBI, Carter Macias finished 3-for-4 with two runs scored and three stolen bases, Drake Titus hit a two-run home run and Andrew Malick came in in relief to earn the win on the mound, dealing three innings and giving up no earned runs on one hit and striking out seven for St. Mary’s. In the nightcap, Harrison Salter went 2-for-4 for St. Mary’s (12-4, 7-2 CHSL). De La Salle is 5-5 in CHSL.

- Birmingham Groves 11, Farmington Hills Harrison 1 - At Farmington Hills, Max Zeidman, and Bralen Dennis each had pinch hit singles. Andre Mailing threw six innings, gave up three hits, and struck out three. Ryan Laub pitched an inning of scoreless relief to close out the game for Groves (12-3, 4-2).

- Troy 8, Berkley 4 - At Berkley, Jake Soles went 2-for-3 with one RBI and one walk. Colby Green went 2-for-4 adding a double and one run scored. Mitch Hella recorded two hits, one double, two RBI, and one run. Josh Corsello went five innings, giving up three hits and striking out four. Troy (3-11)

- Walled Lake Central 2, Waterford Mott 0 - At Commerce, Pierson Hoy pitched a no-hitter for Central.

- Lakeland 2-6, Walled Lake Western 0-2 - At Walled Lake, in the opener, Grant Smith pitched a complete-game shutout, striking out eight and giving up four hits and one walk. In the nightcap, Cass Phillips dealt a complete game on the mound, allowing one hit and no earned runs while striking out six, and Bryant Thickstun totaled two hits and two RBI for Lakeland (12-3, 9-1 KLAA).

- Hartland 1, Brighton 0 (18 Innings) - At Hartland, John Baker hit the game-winning home run in the 18th inning for Hartland.

- Milford 7-8, Pinckney 5-3 - At Highland, Kevin Daucher earned the win on the mound in the opener, Josh Johnston dealt a complete game in the nightcap and Nick Ciesielski finished 3-for-6 with a home run on the day for Milford.

- Novi 3-6, Livonia Stevenson 2-3 - At Novi, in the opener, Jack Colliau pitched a complete game, allowing one earned run on seven hits, and Alec Bageris drove in two runs for Novi. In the six-inning nightcap, Cam Czapski came in in relief, pitching 4 and 2-3 innings and allowing no earned runs to earn the win on the mound, Joey Carn was 2-for-2 with an RBI, Connor Hood went 2-for-3 and Spencer VanKirk was 1-for-3 with two RBI for Novi (11-9 overall, 6-4 KLAA Central). Chris Tanderys went 6-for-7 on the day for Stevenson (6-9, 3-6).

- Oxford 1-0, Rochester Adams 0-8 – (From Tuesday) In the first game, Mario Scribner pitched a complete game on the mound giving up just two hits, recording three walks and six strikeouts. Devon Davenport went 2-for-3 for Oxford. Ryan Goodsell went 1-for-3 for Adams. Bo Lineberger pitched six innings, gave up five hits, with a run scored and five strikeouts. In the second game, Joey Prechtel went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Justin Seabolm went 2-for-4 with two runs scored. Anthony Kania went 2-for-4 for Adams. Spencer Fleming pitched a complete game with four hits, one run, one walk and six strikeouts. Davenport and Scribner went 1-for-3 for Oxford.

- Berkley 8, Troy 6 - (From Monday) At Troy, Colby Green went 4-for-4 with four RBI and one double. For Berkley, Zach Gregorich went 3-for-4, scoring three runs, and pitching a complete game that included nine strikeouts.

Girls Soccer

- Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes 7, Marine City Cardinal Mooney 2 - At Waterford, Alex Troy scored three goals, Catherine Weddle netted two, and Allison Maiorana and Emma Hoffman each added one goal for WOLL.

- Northville 2, Livonia Stevenson 0 (From Tuesday) - Alissa Moore and Megan Williams scored a goal while Megan Williams and Sydney Schembri recorded an assist. Carlie Castiglione recorded nine saves in the shutout for Northville (4-4-2). Stevenson (5-2-2).

- Ann Arbor Prep 5, Southfield Christian 1 (From Tuesday) – Shannon Jones scored a goal. Taylor Barry had an assist for the Lady Eagles.

- Milford 0, Hartland 0 (From Tuesday) - Kendra Smarsty recorded the shutout for Milford. Rebekah Holbrook, Izzy Quane, Reese Lanfear, Bailey Pattinson, Hannah Scott and Megan Swirczek provided solid defense in the contest.

Boys Lacrosse

- Hartland 17, Lakeland 4 – At White Lake, Garnet Potter had five goals and had four assists. Scott Wistinghausen, Mitchell Cotten and Sam Highland all had three goals for Hartland.

Girls Lacrosse

- Birmingham Unified 22, Clarkston 3 - At Birmingham, Anna Stachler and Jenna Dazil had five goals and two assists. Danielle Augier had five goals and an assist. Grace Murray and Abbie Waechter had two goals for Unified (6-1).

- Hartland 22, Grand Blanc 11 - At Hartland, Hana Barnett netted seven goals, Jordan Parry chipped in with four goals, Shelby Oliverio and Emily Beazley each added three goals and Meghan Economou got the win in goal for Hartland.

Girls Tennis

- North Farmington 8, Farmington Hills Harrison 0 - At Farmington Hills, singles winners for North Farmington were Louise Clarke, Kaelyn Poirier, Sarah Morgott and Shelby Sheridan. Doubles team winners for the Raiders were Niya Green and Pooja Kapadia, Manasa Kanneganti and Emma Turkmani, Maddie Katz and Hannah Stein and Sophia Jozwiak and Nicole Latimer.

- Walled Lake Western 7, Lakeland 1 (From Tuesday) – The team of Celine Philip and Megan Humphries recorded a victory at four doubles for Lakeland.

- Kaitlyn Wolschlager, Walled Lake Central softball -Wolschlager went 6-for-7 with seven RBI and three home runs and recorded the win in the circle of both games as Central grabbed a sweep of Waterford Mott 11-1 and 18-3 respectively on Wednesday.

- Pierson Hoy, Walled Lake Central baseball - Hoy dealt a no-hitter on the mound in the second game of a doubleheader to help Central earn a split with Waterford Mott Wednesday. Mott won the opener, 3-1, while Central won the nightcap, 2-0, as Hoy added nine strikeouts.

- Alex Troy, Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes girls soccer - Troy totaled three goals in helping lift Our Lady of the Lakes to a 7-2 win against Marine City Cardinal Mooney Wednesday.

- Anna Stachler and Jenna Dazil, Birmingham Unified girls lacrosse - Stachler and Dazil each tallied five goals and two assists to help lift Birmingham Unified to a 22-3 win against Clarkston Wednesday.
