RIVERVIEW — Victoria Bayliss allowed one unearned run on three hits in pitching a complete game to lead Pontiac Notre Dame Prep to a 4-1 victory in game one of a doubleheader sweep of Riverview Gabriel Richard in CHSL AA Division softball action Sunday.

Emma Cochran had two hits and the game-winning RBI in the first game, and Caley Gleason and Madison Fox each had two hits, two RBI and two runs scored to lead Notre Dame Prep to a 13-0 win in the nightcap.

With the wins, Notre Dame Prep (19-5, 13-3) clinched the CHSL AA Division title.

More softball

— From Sunday, Waterford Kettering picked up three wins, defeating Farmington, 5-1, Farmington Hills Harrison, 21-3, and North Farmington, 9-0. Maddie French had three hits, MacKenzie Norton added two hits and two RBI and Emma Colegrove contributed two RBI for Kettering against Farmington, while Norton added a home run and French added two triples and three runs scored against Harrison and Colegrove had four hits and two RBI against North Farmington.

— From Saturday, Waterford Kettering knocked off Novi, 18-6, behind MacKenzie Norton’s four hits and five RBI and Maddie French’s four hits and seven RBI.

— From Saturday, Birmingham Marian placed first at the Shaieb tournament, picking up a 7-0 victory against Oxford and an 8-2 win against West Bloomfield. Emily McCleary and Lia Harrington both drove in a pair of runs and Sara Stevens had two hits and three RBI for Marian against Oxford. Sydney Jascoe, Lauren Ogurek and Harrington all had doubles and Sara Stevens chipped in two hits and two RBI for the Mustangs against West Bloomfield.

Girls track and field

— From Friday, Auburn Hills Oakland Christian took seventh with 11 points at an invitational at Macomb Lutheran North. Lindsay Wood placed sixth in the 400 dash and Isabella Lucido took sixth in the 1600 run with a time of 5:57.81.

Boys track and field

— From Friday, Auburn Hills Oakland Christian placed seventh with 26 points at an invitational at Macomb Lutheran North. Chase Sumner finished first in the discus with a throw of 122-0 and second in the shot put and Stephen Nichols placed fifth in the 400 dash with a time of 55.68, while Brandon Lucas ran a 4:54.06 in the 1600 run, good for fourth, and an 11:14.59 in the 3200 run, which placed him fifth.

— From Saturday, Southfield Christian took eighth with 34 points at the Williamston Track Invitational. Blake Washington took fifth in the 100 dash, second in the 200 dash and was a member of the sixth-placed 800 relay team and Donald Parker finished third in the 400 dash and fourth in the 200 dash for Southfield Christian.

Girls lacrosse

— Livonia Ladywood 19, Pontiac Notre Dame Prep 8 — From Saturday, Ellen Guerra scored three times and Mara MacLean and Maria Pagnucco each added two goals for Notre Dame Prep.

— From Saturday, Bloomfield Hills split a pair of games in Caledonia, falling to Caledonia, 12-11, and defeating Grand Rapids Catholic Central, 9-5. Maria D’Angelo scored five goals and Olivia D’Angelo and Jessica Koolwick each added two tallies for Bloomfield Hills against Caledonia, while Annie Reed stopped 17 shots in net and Christina Arens added three goals and an assist for Bloomfield Hills against Grand Rapids Catholic Central.
