PONTIAC — Steve Terryn’s RBI groundout in the second inning proved to be the winning run in Bloomfield Hills Lahser’s 1-0 victory over Birmingham Detroit Country Day in baseball action Friday.

Austin Burchill pitched seven shutout innings for Lahser, while Kris Franklin allowed two hits and one run in six innings for Country Day in the Division 2 district game.

n Novi 1, Northville 0 — At Livonia, Erin Dircks scored a goal and Taylor Pavlika had the assist as Jade Antolec made three saves in the shutout for Novi (15-2-2). Northville is 15-3-2.
