It was a great day for the Dragons to take the field – especially since they didn’t seem to have any trouble scoring on the Panthers.

Todd Moore opened the scoring for Clintondale with a 14-yard run in the first quarter in a MAC Bronze showdown against Center Line.

Then, in the second quarter, Malik Hazzard punched in two separate runs – one from one yard out and the other from 10 yards out.

In the third quarter, Luwayne Harris tossed a 40-yard pass to James Gibson for the first score of the second half while Gibson ran in another from nine yards out later in the quarter.

The Dragons finished their scoring in the third quarter with a 60-yard interception return for a touchdown by Trey Barksdale.

The Panthers lone scoring drive came on the final play of the game when a two-yard pass resulted in a touchdown.

For the Dragons, DelShaun Rodgers and Ed Norvell had five tackles each while Josh Eldridge had six tackles.
